Have a problem with an order?
The fastest way to resolve an order issue is right from the order itself. Open My Orders, find the order, and use the dispute option within 48 hours of the event. That routes it straight to our team and pauses the seller’s payout while we look into it.
Response time
We aim to reply within one business day. Disputes opened through an order are reviewed within 48 hours.
A few notes for your safety
- We will never ask for your password or full card number by email.
- All payments happen on AmbushTix through Stripe. Never send money to a seller — or to anyone claiming to be “AmbushTix” — outside the platform.
